Willowmind LLC provides AI-powered mobile and web applications, including the Myla AI Assistant, which helps users organize and track information through natural conversation, voice input, and photo analysis.

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• Resell or redistribute our services without our written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying AI models — are owned by Willowmind LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services (messages, photos, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Willowmind LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses or data extraction
• Loss of data due to service interruptions or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Actions taken based on information provided by our AI services

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by you to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
